The Nurterer
She is the one who tends. She remembers what your kid is allergic to, notices you look tired, and organizes the meal train before anyone thinks to ask. Her power moves through her bonds: she knows who she loves, and she loves without hedging. This is not a small energy. Communities run on her, and when she is in her full power she is the reason anything holds together at all.

The Sovereign
She is clear on her why, and that clarity is the whole engine. She is not indifferent to what people think so much as unavailable to it, because she is already following something she can hear more plainly than the noise around her. Her authority is not borrowed from a title, a partner, or anyone's approval; it comes from knowing exactly what she is for. So she says no to what everyone told her to say yes to, and she does not explain herself.

The Mystic
She texts you "are you okay?" on the day something goes wrong. She had the dream three weeks before it happened, and she cannot tell you how she knows. This is the Face most often dismissed as crazy, too sensitive, or too woo, and it is one of the most powerful capacities a person can carry. When it is honored, when nobody is taking from her and nobody is making her prove it, she sees everything with total clarity, bridging the seen and the unseen.

The Destroyer
She is the one who finally said the thing at Thanksgiving. She is the mama bear protecting her cubs, the woman who ended the marriage because staying was killing her. She is not rage for its own sake; she is what we call on when the situation demands more than we think we have. She knows how to hold a boundary, and she knows the moment one has been crossed. She breaks things because they needed to come down. She is what love looks like when it has no other choice.

The Creative & Erotic
Something is happening in her body and the room can feel it. She is the one always starting something: a business, a project, a love affair, a whole new version of herself. Her sexuality is part of this, but the force is bigger than sex. It is the chemistry that makes new things exist, the pull that draws two things together until something is born. She is alive and she makes you feel alive too.
Origin story
I arrived at this framework by researching goddesses. More than sixty of them, across continents and centuries. The stories differ wildly in detail and land in the same places. Again and again, the same five energies surfaced: the Nurturer, the Sovereign, the Creative & Erotic, the Destroyer, the Mystic. And then a sixth kept appearing that was not a category at all but the thing all the others were pointing at, the Great Mother who holds all of time and space. Everything. The Primordial.
Building this made me whole. Getting to know the differences between the Faces meant meeting the ones in me that were ashamed, the ones that were afraid to be seen, the ones that had never been sure they were allowed. I welcomed all of them. I embodied all of them. I move through the world now free of other people's expectations and judgment, and I hold the line in places where I used to crumble.
That is what I want to give other people access to, which is why I built the assessment, the experiences, and the coaching practice. First you see your Faces, the ones you live from every day and the ones sitting in shadow. Then you learn how each one shows up in you. Then you learn to live from your full power: choosing the right Face for the situation, flowing through all five in a single day, being the Everything that is our truest essence as feminine people.
I did not invent any of this. Jung named the archetypes, Campbell traced them across every mythology on earth, Jean Shinoda Bolen brought them to women specifically, and long before any of them, people were telling these stories because they were true. What I built is a version modern women can find themselves in. The framework is ancient. My contribution is making it legible and usable now.
